Built for anyone who wants real core strength and a loose, pain-free back without leaving the living room. Ten focused minutes a day on the Flexcore decompresses your spine, fires your deep core and unlocks the mobility your desk-bound body is craving — no gym commute, no crowded floor, no juggling a schedule around someone else's. From your first supported back extension you'll feel taller, looser and stronger, and because the four rollers cradle you in perfect alignment, every rep is safe, controlled and actually enjoyable.
A stable powder-coated steel frame with four cushioned high-density foam rollers — engineered to stay rock-solid under you, session after session, while the firm-but-forgiving rollers support your spine in exactly the right places.
47" L × 24" W × 31" H · 24 lb (10.9 kg) — slim enough to slide into a corner and light enough to move room to room with one hand.
Wipe the frame and rollers with a soft, lightly damp cloth after each session — that's it. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners, and your Flexcore stays looking and performing like day one for years.

Ten minutes a day replaced my chiropractor visits
I bought the black and red frame for lower-back stiffness from desk work. The four cushioned rollers hold my hips steady, so I actually feel the extension instead of straining my neck. Ten minutes most mornings and the afternoon ache is gone. Assembly took me under 15 minutes.

Finally a core trainer my whole household uses
I'm 6'2" and 240 lb, my wife is 5'4" — the 440 lbs capacity and wide frame mean neither of us feels cramped. It sits in the corner of the living room and takes up less space than our old bench. The Club Bloom trial got us both following the same program.

The blue frame looks like furniture, not gym gear
I chose the blue and black version because it doesn't scream home gym in a small apartment. The steel frame doesn't wobble at all during side stretches, and the rollers are firm enough to support without digging in. Delivery arrived in three days.

Rebuilt my core strength after a back injury
My physio cleared me for supported extensions only, and this is the first piece of equipment that let me do them properly at home. Controlled, slow, no load on the spine. Six weeks in and I'm standing through full workdays again. The 2-year warranty made the purchase easy.

Worth it for the free month of Club Bloom alone
At 58 I wanted mobility work, not another cardio machine. The seated movements are gentle and the guided classes in the trial month showed me exactly where to start. I kept the membership after the 28 days because the programming is genuinely good.
